CHILDREN'S MINISTRY

We believe that children are the greatest treasures in a family. They are our future leaders and our seed for generations to come. Children are precious in the eyes of the Lord but us as parents and adults are responsible for guiding our children on the right path in life.

Children are a blessing from the Lord. With these blessings also come responsibilities. As stewards of God's children, parents are responsible for helping children grow physically, intellectually, emotionally and spiritually. Churches have a responsibility toward children, too. We want to provide an environment in which children are safe, are taught at an age-appropriate level, and are encouraged to develop a relationship with Jesus Christ.

Proverbs 22:6 (NIV) "Train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn from it."

Ephesians 6:4 (NIV) "Fathers, do not exasperate your children; instead, bring them up in the training and instruction of the Lord."

Deuteronomy 6:5-7 (NIV) "Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength. These commandments that I give you today are to be upon your hearts. Impress them on your children."
